CoreManage — Privacy Policy

CoreManage (“we”, “us”, “the app”) is a workforce and project-management tool for businesses, covering projects, quotations, inventory, accounting, GST compliance, and GPS-based shift attendance. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data: your name and email address, to create and secure your account.
- Location data (precise and approximate): collected in the background — even when the app is closed or not in use, and only while you are checked in to a work shift, to record your route for attendance verification. Collection begins at check-in and stops at check-out. You can decline background access; foreground location is then used while the app is open.
- Photos and files: images and documents you choose to upload (for example project files, material requests, or a company logo).
- Voice input: if you use voice-to-text, audio is processed on your device to produce text; we do not store the audio recording.
- Diagnostics and crash data: collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics to keep the app stable.
- Device identifiers: a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and crash-reporting identifiers.
How we use your information
To provide and operate the service (projects, attendance, material requests, accounting), verify field attendance, send you notifications, and diagnose and fix crashes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, including Google (Firebase Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging), our email and error-monitoring providers, and — where you use GST e-invoicing features — the relevant tax authority’s e-invoicing service. These providers may only use the data to perform services for us.
Data security
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account), or request deletion by emailing us. On deletion, your account is deactivated and your personal data is removed or anonymised in line with our retention obligations. To request deletion by email, contact us at the address below.
Children
CoreManage is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
